When 10-year-old Stephanie was asked what her wish was, she replied “to go on a Disney Cruise.” Stephanie, who has Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, wanted to swim with the dolphins.

The night before they left Omaha, Stephanie’s wish granters took her and her family out to dinner at her favorite restaurant, Red Lobster. Are you starting to see a sea theme?

The next morning was exciting; not only were they going to the cruise ship … it was also the very first time that Stephanie had ever flown in an airplane!

The Disney Cruise was everything Stephanie thought it would be and more. She said that there was so much to do that she could have stayed busy on the ship the whole time without taking any excursions. They went swimming and played games. They also loved that whenever they returned to their room, there were towels folded into different animals on their beds.

Best of all, Stephanie was able to do exactly what she had always wanted to do, and that was to swim with dolphins. She also enjoyed a tour into Mexico, which was a lot of fun for her and her family.

Stephanie returned to Omaha, excited and exhausted. It was one fun-filled wish of a lifetime that she and her family will never forget!
