There are roller coasters that go up, up, up and then come down really fast, roller coasters that go through tunnels, roller coasters that go upside down or twist and turn. Those are all good roller coasters. But, if you are a fearless five-year-old girl – one who has fought acute lymphocytic leukemia -- the perfect roller coaster is dragon-themed.

That’s why McKenna chose Walt Disney World® Resort as her wish. She specifically wanted to ride the dragon-themed roller coaster.

Of course, coasters weren’t the only activities she enjoyed with mom, dad and baby brother, Brodee, in Florida. McKenna loved swimming and playing in the water. From the send-off dinner at Old Chicago to the final roller coaster scream in Florida, she and her family had a wonderful time for seven days before returning to their South Sioux City home.
